I would repeat the cloning process like so: Connect the HDD, disconnect the SSD. Create a Macrium image of all partitions. Park it on an external disk. Create a Macrium Rescue Disk. Disconnect the HDD, connect the SSD. Boot the machine with the rescue disk. Restore the partitions from the image you created in Step 2.
Cloning went great so I installed the new drive into the desktop and it won't boot. I have read in other post that I need to change the boot location through the bios but I can't get to it.
