As per what you said, the OP pictures provided shows the hands are screwed into the dial whereas the picture from PANERAI website is sort of riveted into the dial. Changes in the third digit are most often a change in the movt generation, for example, the P.9000 is an automatic movt., With 2 barrels and 3 days of PR, and the P.9010 is a movement with the same functionality, but newer, with different dimensions. but with the preservation of all functions.
Cheap labour and minimal overheads may make fake watches a lot cheaper than Swiss originals, but the most accurate fakes are still far from cheap, costing many hundreds and sometimes even thousands of dollars.
