I read Sicura bought the rights of Breitling cca end of the seventees, so I was wondering if you could help me find out more about why I see this Kurfürst pop up only as Sicura ?

If you know sicura watches you know they are subsidiary or breitling, you also probably know they didn’t use stainless steel way back when in their cases and usually the old ones are worn heavily and pretty bashed up.
Sicura is famous because they bought Breitling and made it a success but Sicura watches themselves are just nice looking junk (valuable junk). It's something you collect but because the movements are almost from the bottom of the barrel very little parts are to be found if you need to repair them.
