Chronostore offers a 15 day return policy, when they were notified the watch was defective they convinced my friend they had “THE BEST” watchmakers in NYC and that they could fix the watch, he really wanted it so he went ahead and sent it back to them for repair, again this is a huge reseller with a brick and mortar business, so trusting .
